Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Complaints

If the goods are faulty or do not match the description, you must file a complaint within 14 days. You have the right to request free repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may ask for a price reduction or cancel the contract.

 

To make a complaint, please notify us by email and send the items to the address we provide.

Please note, personalised orders and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
