Shipping and delivery
We ship the ordered items within 1-3 business days from the date the payment is credited to the seller's account.

If the order processing time is extended, the buyer will be informed immediately.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer (buyer).

Orders within Great Britain are sent via ROYAL MAIL and a courier company, among other InPost.
Orders outside the UK are only shipped via ROYAL MAIL only.

We ship the order by registered priority mail, taking into account the amount of the item’s value. The shipment is insured up to the declared amount, adjusted to the value of the ordered items.

In case of absence when collecting the parcel at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be delivered to the mailbox. Please remember that the parcel can be collected at the post office within 14 days. It is not possible to set a pick-up date and time.
We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by poor work organization of ROYAL MAIL and InPost.

We do not operate a stationary store, but prefers personal collection only in the Braintree and Chelmsford area.

Returns
The buyer has the right to return the items together with the receipt within 14 days from the date of delivery, without justifying the reason for the return.

We send the ordered items to the address provided by the seller. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

After receiving the return shipment, we completes the return cost transaction in accordance with the value of the amount of the ordered items within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the return shipment.

The returned items must be intact, unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
We are not responsible for the costs of return shipments.

Complaints and guarantees
If the received items do not match the description or have defects that were not previously mentioned in the description, please inform us immediately.
Items that do not match the description or are damaged during shipping should be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The buyer has the right to demand that the complained items be brought to a condition consistent with the contract through free repair or replacement. If we are unable to meet specific demands, the buying party has the right to demand a reduction in the amount or withdraw from the contract.

- items must be sent immediately to the address indicated by the seller.

Special ordered for the buyer's needs are not subject to return. Promotional or sale items are non-returnable.
